“I had a tree removed and stump ground down. I underestimated the amount of stump grinds that would be left. Called around and Grandview came out and gave me an estimate later that same day. Best price for me and timing was within a day after accepting the proposal. The crew was on time, worked fast and did a great clean up job. “My husband and I engaged Zepeda landscaping to transform our backyard. The project consisted of a new large patio, a new firepit, regrading the yard, installing an irrigation system, transplanting a few shrubs and planting a new lawn. Zepeda’s work was FANTASTIC! Nick (the owner) was onsite almost every day to ensure the work was done well. Juan (the supervisor) did an outstanding job with the masonry work. His attention to detail was exceptional. “Good choice of mulch. If you have a pick up truck you can have ir dumped right in the bed. Cost of mulch has gone up a lot past few years but I guess that's inflation for you. A little over $40 to pick up 1 yard of Hemlock.“
