Ioannis "Yanni" Karakostas, formerly of J&K Construction, recently started Oros Builders Inc. Yanni recently completed a total renovation of our kitchen. He was the general contractor. He oversaw the permitting process; supervised the plumber, electrician, floor installer; performed the demolition; attended to the delivery of items; installed the cabinets and backsplash; and took care of the countless other details needed for a successful project. He was neat, extremely attentive to detail, and carefully handled and moved our furniture and appliances during construction.
