“My experience at Philosphe was a 10 out of 10! This is coming from someone who has never had a good experience at a hair salon and has not found a go to stylist in my 30+ years of living. I tend to do extensive research on google, salon website and stylist social media accounts before committing to a spot and unfortunately I have always been left with choppy hair or a cut that was far from my inspiration photos.

I am newish to the area so it took me over a year to find a salon I was interested in and decided to bite the bullet and book at Philosphe. I picked Neli based off of the google reviews and the haircuts on the models she had in her social media. Neli was incredible through my whole experience, she was kind, relatable and honest which I appreciated. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and took the time to check in to make sure things were going well and to my liking. I think I’ve found my go to stylist! I was very happy with how my haircut came out, it far exceeded my expectations.

Coming from someone who is traumatized by other salons and stylists, believe me when I say, this has been the best experience and I would recommend to everyone I know.

Also like to add the woman at the front desk (I am blanking on her name, I’m sorry!) She was very pleasant and she seems like the perfect person to man the front desk! I appreciate when places have kind and welcoming people in the front.

“I suffer from hair loss and I have tried several different treatments. None of those treatments have been truly affective.
From my first consultation with Ms. Chimene, I knew she was the truth. From the way she takes her time to explain some of the root cause of hair loss, and her transparency about other method of treatment, I knew I wanted to give her a try.
I have just completed my second treatment, and I already see a difference in my growth. At first, I thought it was just wishful thinking but when I compared the pictures from my first visit, there is definitely a difference.
I make a long commute to get treated by Ms. Chimene and I don't regret it at all. She is so welcoming, from the moment you hit the hallway you can smell the smoothing aroma of essential oils coming from her shop, the seat is warmed for your relaxation and its just an all around relaxing experience.
Now about the treatment. This ladies figures is magical. She massages the scalp, cleans all your worries away. Her holistic approach for hair treatment is divine. It is a total of about 2.5-3hr of strike TLC to your hair in scalp. You can't beat that!!!
