We are so glad we hired Four Seasons Chimney Services to inspect and clean our fireplace! They made the whole process so easy. I scheduled via email, received a confirmation call the day before and a call 30 min before they arrived. They were on time, professional, clean and super friendly! Don't know anything about chimneys but I called Four Seasons just based upon quick Google search. Their reception was extremely helpful and booked us ASAP despite giving her vague directions on what I was looking for. Two gentlemen came by exactly on time, assessed the chimney and told us what we needed immediately vs what could wait. I called reception again and she squeezed me in again despite having almost no schedule room. Same two guys came by, explained everything in detail, extremely helpful, and planned to meet again next year to finish work. Incredible service, friendly people, would recommend 100 out of 100 times. If you're like me and no knowing about this part of your house, this company has your back and we'll guide you whole way.
