Great experience with a great company. Excellent work, in a timely fashion. Open line of communication with regards to pricing and availability. Made sure lawn went back in place as it sat before being dug up, which I greatly appreciated. Will use again.

I first called because I thought my septic tank collapsed! I was in a panic! The company I have delt with for almost 30 years told me it was $300.00 Emergency fee, $600.00 to pump the tank (so it could be used for a few days) and $1400.00 to access what was needed. They also said they CAN NOT REPAIR IT because they are not licensed for repairs in my town! They never showed up!
I called Favreau Septic and spoke to Holly. I explained the situation. She asked me to text her pictures. I dug up around the "cave in". After she reviewed the pictures, she stated the cover broke. She told me where I can get a replacement and told me to install the cover and refill the hole....read full review
