Ok, so this Walmart is in tha-hood, and they have a very bad reputation, but I needed to stop in for a few things. I will give credit where credit is due, everyone I spoke with was super nice. the pharmacist, to time to help me and I appreciate that a lot.
I am SOOOOO pissed off right now, I had a phone delivered to my house earlier today as my vehicle is in the shop and I needed to be able to connect with the outside world, and find out when my vehicle would be finished!!!!!!! To my surprise when the phone arrived I called Straight Talk to activate it but unfortunately the BIG BOLD LETTERS that state PHONE CANNOT BE ACTIVATED UNLESS SCANNED AT REGISTER were totally ignored. So what was the Friggin sense of me having it delivered when I couldn't even activate it. I tried for OVER 2.5 HOURS to speak to a Manager or anyone in charge. Entire electronic dept is either on break or uninterested in being interrupted during their coworker convos. They also refuted what the website said in print, but didn't want to involve a manager. I would state the name of the main perpetrator, but he flipped his badge to protect his identity. So he values his job, just doesn't want to do it. My experience took place around 2:20p on 10/14. If Walmart is reading, please check the camera and tell me you see an active staff. I don't even want to shop online with Walmart now. I'll target Target in the future, Amazon, anywhere else but here.
