Vanguard has replaced the flat roofs on three large multi-family buildings for in in the last two years, and they are currently working on a fourth. I expect they may do a fifth this coming summer also. They provide all those things that are important to our facility management company; good pricing, quality products and installation, timely response, professional management in the field and office, safety awareness.
