Parking garage stairs need salt or sand. Today march 4th around 11:00 am I fell down the 2nd flight of stairs to the landing between 1st and 2st flight. I reported it to the information desk. Security guard took my information. When I was leaving the place the stairs were still not taken care of. I have videos and pictures of how icy there were and thats the 2nd floor garage is leaking onto the stairs. That upset me very much that a safety issue wasnt taken care of right away. There is no one to talk at the 3300 main street to call. So had to call hospital operator and talk to engineering. The tolosky center gave me a provider that cancels and I have yet to speak with him about changing or dosages of my sons medication the Dr he had before that should be returning soon was amazing so sweet easy to talk to and a excellent support for my son this new Dr they assigned its been 6 months and he's canceled every single appointment without calling me to re schedule then when I call I get attitude from the receptionist like it's my fault the Dr canceled on me very unprofessional they need a new receptionist please fire and hire someone that can handle the calls not someone who doesn't have people skills and can't deal with the upsets parents of the patients with...read full review
My experience was quick and all but one staff were very pleasant and accommodating to my disabilities above and beyond.The one staff member was the receptionist at the Information booth who was very rude and appeared to think she was going to intimidate me by trying to tell me I must wear a mask in any medical facility to which I know not only due to my unique conditions she was 100% wrong and the fact there is a State Law called the Public Accomodation Law that is a civil rights protection of all citizens in Mass. the right to enter any public building medical and all to which she refused to look at my documents and felt the need to try and embarrass a mute disabled...read full review
