Each time I visit the salon the encounters have been disrespectful and rude. Despite being required to bring my own hair products, I have been overcharged each visit. It is also interesting to note that several patrons have been diagnosed (by Lucille) with alopecia. Ironically, I had a head full of hair when I first came to the shop and now have thinning and bald spots due solely because chemicals are left on my hair far beyond a reasonable amount of time. Is it a coincidence that Lucille is the only one with a full head of thick hair?

Tracey Hickson is an artist. Every summer I get a summer style. I describe it she produces it with expertise, style and originality. She has been my hair dresser well over 20+ plus years. Love her dearly.
