John is a perfectionist. We had two big jobs which entailed removal of the popcorn ceiling in the family room and attached kitchen and then painting the ceiling, removing wallpaper from the walls and painting both rooms. He gave a detailed cost and description estimate of exactly what he would be doing. We tried to stay out of his way but when we ran into him, he would stop and point out and explain what things he did and why. He is also fastidious with after job cleanup. It was a labor intensive job and I feel we would have paid twice as much if we had hired a company that has multiple employees and the overhead that goes with it. Highly recommend.
