Dr. Jackowitz is absolutely the best. Apart from being an excellent doctor, he's thorough, listens to you, anticipates and answers all of your questions and has a kind, compassionate manner. He's calming and makes the eye exam feel like a breeze, talking you right through each step of the process (this was especially helpful because I was nervous.) The staff is also absolutely wonderful. The office and staff (Springfield Eye Associates) makes you feel so comfortable, especially with their awesome standards due to the pandemic.
