While some patients have reported having a decent experience with occasional issues such as untrained staff lacking patience when speaking to elderly patients, others have praised the friendly and helpful technicians who put them at ease during blood draws. A request has been made for the reinstatement of the cumindin clinic, as patients have positive experiences speaking with Michelle and the nurses there.
Overall decent experience but there was lab tech that needs some training on how to speak to patients, particularly elderly ones. She was impatient and rude as all get out. 8/31/2023. It wasn't 'Jacklyn' but another young lady whose name I missed. If a supervisor sees this, add @gmail to my name and message me.. I'll give more details. Unacceptable.
The lab technician was friendly and helpful understanding I nerve pain. She was wonderful and talked to me so I wasn't focused on the blood draw and I didn't even feel it!
They were very professional staff and nurseswere excellant wait time was not long l go there once a month for blood work. Nurses are very caring. My question to the management team please bring back the cumindin clinic. I like talking to Michelle and nurses there. ☺
