Todd installed several new outlets for us back in June and fixed a few defunct outlets. He was a pleasure to work with—friendly, communicative, and happy to think with us about solutions and workarounds for a trickier installation we wanted in the kitchen. He left everything tidier than when he'd arrived, and even bundled some existing loose cords. I also appreciate the transparent pricing sheet that he pulled out while putting together our quote; it helped me understand precisely how much each component of the work added to the final bill. Home Service Electrical and Todd get two big thumbs up from us!! There was a snafu with scheduling early on, but Todd worked with me and actually ended up getting a better time than before. All the work was done to code, and very efficient. Hard to find someone to come to the Hilltowns, and on a Sunday no less! I will be adding HSE to my rolodex (whoops, just dated myself).
