The employee that I spoke with was super nice and told me that they would not come out until I tried to drive the vehicle again which at that time was 3 hours. When my fiance tried to drive it it was able to move. The employee that answered said that it could have been a frozen caliper. I'm not sure of anything that's mechanical, I'm not good at that area, but anyways the point is he was super nice and decided to tell me what could be wrong. So, instead of pulling one over on me and just towing me, the employee suggested that we try to drive the car one more time. At that point it had been 3 hours and lo and behold it worked. Great, fast service. Great priced also. I called and the phone was picked up almost right away- Love it! No bs questions- love it! Tow truck arrived fast, scoop up the car quickly and safely arrived to the shop- love it! In and out!
They were awesome. Picked me up within 15 minutes and were very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be my go to if I ever need a tow again.
