Field Tax Group

I spoke with the owner, Oscar, on the phone prior to our first in office meeting to go over my tax needs. Everything seemed great, staff was friendly, had several email correspondences after he filed an extension for me, I reached about the timeline for work to begin, I even asked if anything had changed on his end and if he wasn’t able to take me on as a client, I understand and would move forward. But by then, all communication stopped on his end.
I even requested my deposit (that was cashed)
be returned since no work had been performed on my taxes, both professional and personal.
I’ve received absolutely no acknowledgment from him. Very unprofessional and disappointing!

They do not treat their customers with respect. I was a customer for 22 years and this past year could not even get a call back. Wants a deposit before starting my taxes…then they wanted to charge me $25 for a simple pdf email of last year’s return. NOT how you treat a customer of 22 years…
