My wife has had the unfortunate experience of working with Lisa Halbert after her mother passed away. Exactly 4 years later and the estate still isn't resolved. Lisa repeatedly fails to respond to communications, doesn't meet agreed upon deadlines, comes to meetings unprepared, doesn't follow up as she agreed to, has an excuse for everything, the list goes on and on. At this point it has been a couple years since Lisa provided any updates despite efforts to get them. My wife has given up. The death of a loved one is traumatic enough. Having it dragged out unnecessarily for years is sickening.

The quality of service went down a lot . Barry helped me out years ago and he did ok ,but this time he referred me to one of his associates … she didn’t communicate with me and didn’t give me any update but kept sending me bills every month .. after all nothing got solved but wasted my time and money .
