    Made an appointment online. Showed up for my appointment on time. Door was locked, sign on door that only appointments were allowed, (which at this point I confirmed I had) called the number on the door, no answer. My advice, call ahead to make sure or just go somewhere else.

    Wow. Have come here for years and seen many different stylists, including the one who took my call today. Two times ago, they didn't record my appointment due to the online versus phone call system glitch others have mentioned. They did fit me in thankfully. This last time, no one showed up for my appointment at all and the salon remained closed when it was supposed to be open. I waited for 25 minutes outside and tried to call them all day. No one called me to explain or apologize. A week later I called them and explained what happened and asked if I could get a credit for my next haircut (literally a basic $20 cut).     My wife has twice submitted an appointment on the cost cutters web site and twice the store has cancelled her appointment without even a phone call to let her know of the cancellation. The local salon's excuse...the corporate office doesn't know our business. The the employee starts to yell at my wife on the phone like it's her fault. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!
