Almost three years ago I took my newborn here for OT and our therapist was amazing. Even with all the time that has passed I still vividly remember the rude and unprofessional older woman working the reception desk. I was newly postpartum and struggling with PPD. The therapist asked that I schedule an apt after going to stay with my family and the front desk was unwilling to schedule even though the therapist instructed that it was allowed. She made comments about it must be nice to be on vacation. I never found PPD and maternity leave to feel like a vacation but apparently she did and those words and treatment have stuck with me for three years. I will never understand...read full review

I have always had very positive experiences at Baystste Rehab in Springfield. My initial evaluation was done by Tasha (sp?). She was very pleasant, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable and she took the time to address all my concerns. The front desk has been very helpful. Nicole is very attentive to my scheduling needs. I know it can get very hectic at the desk, yet Nicole is very professional, considerate, and friendly.

I go here for my hearing and my hearing aids it's a great place very polite and they are there to help you in any way, may look like a long wait but never is, all the people are awesome. Kim Taliceo
