I find the staff and their responsiveness to issues wonderful in Springfield. The Apria Heakthcare worker here in MA go out of their ways to be helpful and excellent. My problem is the company billing dept., which is in TN. It is all messed up again and again. Somebody in company management needs to straighten the workers there out. They, seriously, need retraining.
Difficult to find, poor, no signage, located on the side of large warehouse. Staff very friendly and helpful wanting make thing work. Company communications with the facility and the patients they serve regarding devices prescribed . Staff would get 5 stars, but company location and communication is really lacking .
I slept well and It has been a long time since I had a good night sleep. I was a little confused based on my former cpaps I had but I soon realized that everything was ok when I first put the head gear on. Thank you for a great machine.
