Joe was very professional. We had two keypad deadbolts installed. Our basement door is encased in a metal frame and concrete. He spent almost double the time on this door, I told him to add on to the price for his troubles. Later when he handed me the bill it was still at the original agreed upon price. If we need future work done we will be calling them.

My house key broke in half in my deadbolt. I called Spencer Mobile Lock & Key and was able to get them over very quickly to get it out. They were also able to cut a custom key for me that I had been meaning to get cut and they only charged the trip charge for both. Professional and very polite. I would definitely use them again!

One of our keys broke off in our dead bolt. They got the job done really fast and was able to cut a brand new key right there in our driveway. Super fast, super convenient and friendly. Would definitely use again! 5 stars
