Environment 1st was a recommendation from a friend to use at our Church and Brian came out to evaluate and was very personable, responsive to our concerns, and communicated clearly how his team would help us out. Since then, he has been true to his word. I have now asked him to check out my own home. I would recommend Environment 1st for all of your pest management needs.
Would highly recommend this company - from the moment I called them, they came right over to inspect my rental property. They weren't trying to "up-sell" any of their services and were extremely fair with their pricing. I booked them to spray the house for ants and other critters, in addition to putting up mice traps around the home. They were very thorough; so much so, we signed up for their maintenance plan so I don't have to worry moving forward. A week later, I called them for an issue at my personal home, in which they came right out and took care of it for a very reasonable rate.
