Worst customer service. please read the contract before signing it. their price keep on changing. the manager is rule as hell. they are not there to help you in any shape or form. Got a termination fee because no one inform me that you have to provide 30 days written cancellation of service or they charge you 200$ termination fee. IF YOU EVER CANCEL YOUR SERVICE PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN CANCELATION 30 DAYS PRIOR OTHERWISE THEY KEEP CHARGING YOU FOR THEIR SO CALLED SERVICES.
Osterman Propane - 47 Hook Street, Southbridge, MA 01550Osterman is on time everytime we need our propane. Not only do they treat thier customers well they were willing to help our family work through difficult times while fighting Cancer. They assured us we had nothing to worry about with them, and to just get well! Thank you Osterman Propane.
The billing and nickel-and-diming charges from Osterman Propane is ridiculous. I pay my bills on time and because they don't process the payment on time I get charged late fees. I am also on their twice a year fill up program, yet they still send me $64 tank fees! I will be switching....
