    So disappointed in customer care & service.
    No heat for 2 days, Elderly home, which caused a lot of stress, worry, and panic - we got the run around with more than 7 or 8 calls in 2 days & they knew elderly propane tanks were empty in these freezing conditions. Switching to new propane company ASAP

    Unfortunately, after years of service, we are now finding a new supplier.

    Prior to the storm, we noticed our tank was getting low and requested a delivery. No one came. Given the weather and increased demand, we understood and didn’t initially make an issue of it.

    However, over the past six days we have called daily—sometimes multiple times a day—spending anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour on hold each time, with no resolution.     We’re on an automatic refill plan but have still run out of propane multiple times (twice last winter and again today). This summer we upgraded to a larger tank, thinking it would solve the issue, but it hasn’t. I requested a delivery through their online service and after 2 weeks of waiting I called and was told they didn’t know when propane would be delivered. The Osterman service technicians are great, but Superior Plus does not seem to care about their customers.
