We recently had an issue with our boiler shutting off intermittently. This is our second residence over an hour away so it became an issue quickly. Thaddeus, the manager, went so far as to come out personally when all his techs were tied up and we could not get out here. Jim, the tech, spent two plus hours trying to diagnose the issue and continued replacing parts until he was satisfied. We highly recommend Osterman Propane for their customer service.Steve C.
