Constantly"running behind" on appointments. Most if the time id be on my way and I'd receive a text saying " I'm about a half hour behind" even though im about five minutes away. One time mixed me up with another person and he texted the other person cancelling so I sat for an hour and waited. When Stephen arrived I got no apology or even a free haircut, he just laughed and was like oh silly me and even added "I couldn't figure out why(the other guy) said he didn't have an appt. Hahaha." Will bump you for family and friends who don't have an appt and just walk in. My Wife brought me with her to get her eyebrows waxed. I sat patiently in the comfortable and cozy reception area. The smell of perm and high-end salon products lingered pleasantly in the air. I felt an aura of familial calm as soon as we entered. The voices of the specialists soothed their clientele as they laughed and spoke of their lives together. We were greeted by Steven, Michelle’s (my wife’s) stylist. I took my toddler for her first haircut and Maria was absolutely amazing with her! My daughter was a little nervous and Maria was so patient and understanding! Her and Stephen were both so sweet and friendly with her. My daughter had the best time and her hair looks great!Service: Haircut
