Many customers have praised the attention to detail, especially in designs and ombre styles. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a pampered experience. However, there have been some issues with appointment scheduling, leading to long wait times and prioritization of walk-ins over scheduled appointments. Despite this, the salon maintains a high level of cleanliness and continues to receive positive feedback for its services, including wonderful pedicures that leave customers feeling rejuvenated.
I am in the area for a wedding and needed a pedicure. I walked in early and I was seated right away. One of the nail techs were friendly, greeted me nicely, Smiled. I can only describe my pedicure as the best one I have ever had. I wish I got the person‘s name so I could mention her. She took her time, We had a great conversation, And she was very attentive, gave me a great massage.
They recommended the gel Pedi, which I did.
I wish I lived closer, because I would keep them as my regular Salon. Highly recommend
