They do not honor their appointments. My husband and I have been going to Luxury Nails 1 x month (me for a pedicure/nail dip and my husband for a pedicure)since they opened.We have a scheduled appt.. Several times my husband has had to wait over 1/2 hr. to have his pedicure done while walk-ins have had priority. This last appt. on Monday, he walked out after waiting over 1/2 hr. I said something to the owner about how wrong this was and she said nothing. I did not schedule another appt. and will not go back there which is too bad because we were happy with the work that was done, but not happy with the way my husband was treated...

My mom and I are in town for a wedding and needed a last minute nail appointment. We walked in and they were extremely accommodating and efficient. They were able to see us both for a mani and pedi while not having to sacrifice the appointments they already had. Not only did they do a great job with our nails, they were also so friendly and welcoming while doing it.Highly recommend!!Services: Foot massages

I’ve been going to Luxury nails for a few years since they opened and I have always had an awesome experience. I always make sure to make a reservation and have an open mind that they can get busy. Whenever I show them a design they always give it a shot and atleast try! They’ll test it out and then let me decide if it’s what I wanted. I’ve really never had a bad end product and appreciate their attention to detail!Services: Acrylic nails
