I am incredibly impressed with Samantha Mitchell. This was my first time seeing her, and right from the start, she was so thorough and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Coming into a new salon and wanting a complete change can be intimidating, but she immediately put me at ease by asking all the right questions and ensuring I felt comfortable and confident in her work.

She explained everything she was doing and was very meticulous with every step. It means a lot when a hairstylist takes the time to perfect your hair; often it can feel rushed, but Sam was there with me every step of the way.

Requested style: I brought in a specific picture and Olivia went above and beyond for all of us. My sister was over the top pleased with her hair and my daughter learned new techniques to use on her hair. Olivia was also so kind and willing to listen to what we wanted and make it happen!???

Olivia is a master! When someone loves what they do, it reflects in their work. Olivia did an updo for me yesterday for a formal wedding. I was a guest. She hit just the right note. My hair looked perfect the entire evening. Received multiple compliments and another guest asked to take a photo - her son’s wedding on the horizon. She did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her.
