From the first phone call with Tyler moments after my mother-in-law's passing we were treated with kindness and respect. This continued during the meeting to plan the wake and funeral Mass as Pat patiently explained each option, understanding that we were not thinking clearly. At the wake, the staff quietly made sure our family had everything we needed while we were sharing memories with loved ones and chasing little ones around.
