We had a great experience using Susi & Sons Hardwood Flooring on our old 3 decker oak floors with layers of cheap laminate, all units were empty so the guys got everything done during the same time, pricing was competitive with the other 2 quotes we got but Peter discounted a little if we do all 3 units, we were planning that anyway so it worked out well, yep we would use them again. Tip: plan on doing your floors re-done at the very very last after painting
