Jim Moore, owner of Southborough Appliance, is a rare gem in the home care business. He is responsive and always on time. His pricing is far better than the major companies. Jim has saved me thousands in repairs of our washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and he always understands the urgency when I explain my children have too many sporting events to be without a washing machine for their uniforms! Most importantly, Jim is a lovely person who I welcome into my household (my dogs may love him the most!).
