Excellent work and Jim came with the parts needed for the job. I like this type of preparation and recommend him for repair jobs. Jim also took time to look at a related problem and we planned for upcoming work in the Spring. Great service.

Jim does a great job and definitely goes the extra mile for you. He was able to identify an issue with washer via text message and ordered the correct parts to get me back online. Very responsive and professional work, I would definitely call him again for my next repair and recommend Jim and his services to all.

Jim Moore, owner of Southborough Appliance, is a rare gem in the home care business. He is responsive and always on time. His pricing is far better than the major companies. Jim has saved me thousands in repairs of our washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, and he always understands the urgency when I explain my children have too many sporting events to be without a washing machine for their uniforms! Most importantly, Jim is a lovely person who I welcome into my household (my dogs may love him the most!). Don’t call upon the big repair companies when you can support local business and an amazing business owner like Jim!Services: Dishwasher repair
