Had a great experience with the ServPro team. Special shout out to Aaron and Andrew. They were polite and efficient and explained everything that they were going to do before it was completed. I would highly recommend them.
I called SERVPRO late one night because it was raining heavily and water was filling a window well and pouring through the window into our basement. The rain was predicted to continue all night, and after shop vacuuming and constantly scooping the water out of the window well, I couldn't keep up with it, so I called SERVPRO for advice. Wally was wonderful! He said he'd send an associate out with the necessary equipment...a submersible pump to put in the window well and hoses to drain the water. I thought ServPro was great. We came home from a 2 days vacation to water damage in our basement (of course it always happens when you’re away). They came the same day I called on Christmas Eve, finished up on Christmas Day. They set fans up as well as dehumidifiers. The one thing they could have done better with is they told me both days what time they would be there initially and it was 2 hours later. Next time I would say to be more definitive in your arrival time since it was a holiday.
