The lab staff was friendly and punctual. I arrived ahead of time for my appointment and, after signing in electronically, was greeted within a few minutes by a staff member. Additionally, I was called in for my appointment early and the bloodwork took only moments to complete. Overall, a very positive experience and a lab I would highly recommend to others.

Easy to make an appointment online! Flexible appointment times available and the staff was very friendly! I hate getting blood drawn and they made the experience as pleasant as it could be!

I rarely post a review, but my experience at this Arcpoint location was so great that I had to write this. My phlebotomist was Chris, who was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He drew my blood gently without leaving a bruise (rare for me) and he was very conscientious in following the instructions for the food sensitivities lab order I presented to him. Chris was also very patient and kind in addressing my many questions. As for cleanliness, the facility was impeccable. I have used other labs in the past and none come even close to the service and cleanliness of ArcPoint in Framingham. I highly recommend it.
