I started to bring my dog here about 4 years ago. As he aged he mellowed out and didn’t need to go, however, it was a fantastic experience. Like most well behaved first dogs, I was convinced the second would be just as awesome lol of course I doubled down and got one of the more difficult breeds- an Australian Cattle Dog. I reached back out and they were immediately happy to take him, and they now offer a structured class! It’s fantastic! He’s so excited to go every morning and absolutely adores the staff. I can’t thank them enough for helping with not just one but both of my dogs. 1000000/10 I recommend this place.
Peticulars is clean, organized, safe, and structured. The staff are trained and care about the animals and are there to make sure there aren't any fights or dangerous situations that are missed or brushed over, or dismissed that we've experienced at other facilities or have been missed. We have been to several daycares and Peticulars by far has been the most transparent and easy to work with, and will answer any questions you have. They know each dog and their personality, as well as their needs which comes from an appropriate staff to dog ratio which you can clearly see at any time and they are able to answer any questions I have at any time. I feel comfortable walking into the facility at any time and know my pet has received his snack, his meds, can ask for pictures, and I'm not charged extra and no hidden fees attached to the very appropriate and upfront costs. My dog has some extra health needs and the staff takes extra care to be sure they are addressed and I never pick up my dog dirty, smelling, or wet unless it's a pool day, or raining obviously and he loves to sit in the rain, and he's happy when he comes home. I highly recommend this daycare, as I never feel like I'm being used for my money, but I feel like family, and my dog is happy and healthy each time he comes home.
I’ve worked here for 2 yrs and can say the owner and other employees really care about the dogs we see every day ! Everyone is kind, patient and caring to the dogs people trust us with ! We put the dogs well being first and are focused on safety while making sure the dogs have a good time. I am here almost everyday so if anyone has anything to say about my favorite place to be they can contact me-thank you
