Alex is the absolute best. I’ve been going to her now for a couple of years and it’s by far the best massage I’ve ever had. Prices are reasonable and she listens to your needs. I highly recommend her!!

Alex’s Barre Yoga Fusion is my favorite class I’ve ever taken. She explains everything so well, and gently pushes you to get to the next level. Her music mixes are so motivating and she always makes you laugh even when you’re working really hard.
