Mid-Cape is a personable, easy to work with home inspection service. They were prompt in setting up my home inspection, and patient and courteous in answering my many questions and concerns (and phone calls) as they talked me through the whole inspection process. The inspection report was one of the most detailed I've received, having purchased several houses over the years. I would gladly use them again should the need arise. Thank you!

I recently purchased my mom’s home here on the Cape and the insurance company required I obtain an inspection before issuing the policy. I called Mid-Cape Home Inspection Services and the woman who answered was super friendly, courteous and professional. I immediately felt confident I called the right company. Day of the inspection, Ken was pulling in a minute before our scheduled time. He explained everything to me and was personable, professional and knowledgeable.
