I’ve been Going to Ellen Jones for several years for my dental work. I went yesterday to have a cleaning. I didn’t have to wait very long. My appointment was on time.. The hygienist was very thorough and I’m always very satisfied when I leave there .
I have been a client at Ellen Jones Dental for probably a decade and have received excellent service until this past May when a filling repair was recommended. I had no pain associated with that tooth but I had no reason to question the decision to make an appointment for the work. After completion of the filling repair I expected a period of discomfort when chewing food before things would return to normal. A couple weeks later I called to get some relief from the pain whenever chewing and was seen on an emergency basis that same day. I had a great experience with Dr. Vivian Binyameen! I had my first appointment with her last week. She did my exam and cleaning. She noticed that I had tmj disorder and made me so comfortable. I mentioned also that I have migraines and fibromyalgia. She was so genuinely concerned about my pain issues and made me feel like a human and not a problem patient. I usually don’t mention these things but I felt like I could trust her. She took so much time with me and explained in detail my care plan and answered all my questions.
