We hired Coastline Construction for many projects and have been so pleased with the workmanship and communication each time. We first hired Joe Young to build a boat garage at our house in Orleans ten years ago and have since had them make us a screened porch, successfully seal our basement from water, install a new HVAC system, construct a new outdoor shower, and install two new windows. His team is so skilled and experienced, and they stand behind their work. Communication is easy, and I know they will take care of us. We highly recommend Coastline Construction.

In 2017 Coastline Construction added an entire second floor to our ranch home in Dennis. At every step of the process, we were kept informed with calls and photos. As with any project of this size, there were a few unanticipated findings in the old house. Each challenge was dealt with thoughtfully and an eye to the budget. Communication was key. Jack Wishart was our project manager and he gave us timely guidance every step of the way as we navigated this from afar, choosing appliances, paints, fixtures etc. Keeping us one step ahead of the crew. We met Joe Young of Coastline Construction back in 2020, when we were considering purchasing three condos in need of major repairs. Joe came highly recommended and showed up on short notice to provide a quote. Although we ultimately passed on that project, we knew then that when the right property came along, we’d want to work with him.

Fast forward five years — and five incredible projects later — we can’t imagine working with anyone else. From full-scale renovations to the ground-up build of our new home, Joe and the entire Coastline team have exceeded our expectations at every turn.
