I have been a patient for the past few months. I was introduced to the CPAP machine by Ilene, who thoroughly explained to me how to use it. Ilene's instructions were very clear. She was very patient, answered all my questions, and was very encouraging. My adjustment to the CPAP was not easy and each time when I met with her she had a way of reinforcing and encouraging the use of it.In the past two weeks, my husband became a CPAP user and met with Carolyn and Ilene. Both were very patient, professional, and attentive to his questions by assisting with fitting the best mask.Work in progress.....MANY THANKS !!!

I requested a new power cord on a Tuesday, and it was delivered to me the very next day via U.S mail. It was delivered, at no shipping cost to me, to where I was vacationing in rural NH, 2+ hours from my home in *************. I was ecstatic! We'll done!!

Regional Home Care was great in helping me set up my cpap machine and fit with the correct mask.  John took the time to go through everything with the machine to make sure I was comfortable with taking it home. The service was great!
