I cannot speak more highly of this garden center. I think the biggest flaw is that they start to give me strange looks after wandering around the green house for 3 hours. It’s my Disneyland. The flowers are always (always) in near perfect condition. They must put a ton off care into them and in their presentation because this isn’t a place where you’re narrowing between the best two plants; all the plants are gorgeous. It’s impossible to make a decision. I have never gone planning on buying “just a few” and not walked out with a wagon full of plants…. that transplant excellently and remain healthy. Mill River has really grown, and this year they have a very large selection of healthy annuals, perennials, vegetables, herbs, and hanging baskets. Their pricing is very fair. Don't miss their farm-fresh eggs at the check-out. Only $5 at the time of this review. Greenfield Garden Club members receive a 10% discount on plants. Amazing for me, I was too busy selecting plants to take any photos!
I am so glad I stopped here. Not only are you supporting a local business and family when you shop here, you also receive some of the best plants Around. They have a wide range of variety for my purposes. Bee balm, lemon balm, EUCALYPTUS even! Ive also purchased their vegetable plants and had great success. Not to mention they taste great!
