This company delivered everything that was in the quote. The workers were all great. Hard working and very friendly. Supervisors checked with me frequently. Both my wife and I are very pleased with the results. Price was not cheap but reasonable. Everything cleaned up. Highly recommend for quality work.
UPDATE: Marshall DID reach out to me and apologized, and offered to send me a check to cover the cost of the screen plus a little extra for my efforts. This tells me that they are committed to their reputation, and makes me feel better about any warranty repairs that may crop up. In fairness to them, the call was about compensating me and apologizing only. They did indicate that they saw this review, but they did not ask me to alter or remove it. That went a long way with me, and so I'm giving them their 5 stars. It's unfortunate what happened, but they went out of their way to make it right.
We had a tree branch puncture the roof it was about the size of a baseball bat. After one year and five roofing contractors contacted and no response I reached out to Marshal and within a week they found the perfect matched shingles and repaired my roof. This was not a big job nor a money maker for this company but this is where the real service oriented companies step up to service and solve their customers needs. Thank you Marshall Building!
