Matt was outstanding! He responded right away. The entire process (initial contact, diagnosing the problem, ordering the part, the repair, the explanation) was quick and fair. He was very responsive and patient with my questions. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Matt is an honest businessman. Dropped my computer off and he assessed it and let me know my options and cost to value. He doesn't charge a diagnostic fee in his words he would rather you put it into something new if it isn't repairable. Refreshing to find an honest locally owned business. Highly recommend him and would use him again without hesitation . This was in relation to a cracked computer screen.
