I used this service in the month of Feb. Everything was properly communicated and the one I did meet was really sweet, understanding, and fully able to do a big job that normally should take two people. She made my weeks going forward much better just knowing and seeing there’s a burden lifted off of my shoulders! I really appreciate the good talks. She was not able to complete fully due to timing which I understand but she did reach out in a timely manner to coordinate a time to complete the last thing that needed to be done and discounted services. That was a great way to handle an inconvenience! I did miss the message but that’s error on my part and I hold myself accountable for missing that time slot. She did a great job cleaning and I highly recommend that you book with them. I haven’t had experience with the other sister but just from the experience of one was fully sufficient for me to assume that things would be even more flawless if it were two of her!
