The only downside is that, because it is in the mall, there is quite a bit of noise. There is the mall music going, you can hear the bowling alley and pins falling down, all the passerby noise, as well as the radio station played in the massage studio. This is obviously beyond the control of the Body Spa, but next time, I will bring earplugs and see if that helps.“
