Warm, peaceful, friendly, and professional . Very gentle with our kitten,that they fostered. Asked great questions, and listened patiently to our answers. The entire team is wonderful. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately I recently had to put my 16 year old pup to sleep. The staff at Trailside was able to get us scheduled quickly for the appointment. Dr. Galusha was extremely caring and calming during the visit. The staff even went above and beyond making my son feel comfortable by giving him some candy and kind words. All in all they made the experience as smooth and painless as possible.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.The Vet is patient, informative, and not over priced. The office is well kept and they have your pets meds ready to go as needed. Their hours and days they are open are great.
