We work with Jaime at MT Cavanagh. In the 1st week he brought us multiple ideas to improving the HVAC. He understands minisplits more than any other and the relationship between the modular factory and onsite contractor. His primary focus is improveing the customers outcome with informed planning before the homes built. Typically we're lucky to get an estimate before the homes delivered. Brian/ Fuller Modular Homes.

Out of necessity, I've used various plumbers in the area over the years, depending on the problem and on who was available. Hadn't used Cavanaugh for a while, but when I finally decided to get a small leak fixed in one of my old steam radiators, Cavanaugh was happy to take the job on (unlike some others I'd called), then managed to fit me in much sooner than expected, then did a great job at a reasonable price. Roger was both knowledgeable and friendly and made me wish I'd called Cavanaugh a lot sooner. They'll definitely keep getting my business.Service: Heating system repair

These guys are the best. We bought a place with a boiler on its last legs. Jamie and the team at Cavanaugh were quick to come out and help with any issues. After a bunch of issues with the old boiler we replaced our entire system with Cavanaugh. They just completed the work in 3 days and the quality is incredible.
