Given the horrific state of my hair, I thought it was impossible to pull out all the layers of black box dye in order to get warm coppery highlights all over. Suyoung achieved it and surpassed my expectations especially when she gave me the cutest face-flattering bangs (I was adamant I only wanted Korean bangs please lol) and soft layers that took a lot of weight off and made my hair bouncy and vibrant! I honestly cannot thank her enough for listening intently and being an absolute joy and inspiration to converse with throughout my 4 hour hair session.
