We've gone to Elovic Dental for years and have been very pleased with their service. They are highly competent, gentle, and it is easy to get an appointment. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you get charged the full amount (minus any insurance). If they charged a reasonable cancellation fee (say $50), I'd give them 5 stars.
Dr. Becky Elovic is one of the Best dentists that I’ve experienced in 30 years. She is extremely thorough and cautious about the patients' and the staffs’ safety. Our family all feel that her technique is far above many dentists in Boston. Her advice and instructions such as what and how she would treat your teeth is very specific and thorough. When my teeth had an emergency, she squeezed me during her lunch hour. I also want to mention the proficiency and sincere attitude in her front desk and office support.They will keep calling me back when there is an opening to be sure you are taken care of. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rebecca for over 20 years now - she is so great! I had a routine cleaning w/a new hygienist (Lynnelle?) earlier this week and she was just the best so I have to call that out! So friendly and personable that the time flew by before I knew it! I’m already looking forward to going back ?. Thank you Lynnelle!
