Young's paved the parking lot between the back of my building and the front my neighbor's home on the other side of the lot. They were prompt and did a good job. If I had it to do over, however, I would choose a permeable surface, or maybe leave things as they were. But at the time I wanted everything perfect, and I didn't realize how large an area drains into that lot. Also, the slight slope of the lot directs the flow to the corner nearest my house, which has resulted in basement water problems when we have a major deluge.
