I went in the store on 12/13. The best associates I’m going to mention by name Jayda, Selena and Sandy, they were above and beyond . My gift card wasn’t scanning or swiping. These three lovely woman all helped and figured it out.

Had to come in to grab a few items. Jo-Ann and the other ladies working were very kind during my visit and made my shopping experience/day. For someone with anxiety, it’s very important for me to feel welcomed and that’s exactly how the staff at this store made me feel. Thank y’all for the birthday gift as well!

Steph went completely out of her way to find me a perfume I liked. I gave her a very brief and complex description of what I was looking for, and she gave me multiple amazing recommendations. She helped me find exactly what I wanted, and even after, she found new perfumes that fit my description in case I changed my mind. She was lovely and very outgoing. I always find that the employees here are wonderful and welcoming, but Steph’s kindness made my visit today extra special. Thank you, Steph!
