Larissa (I hope I’m getting her name right) who works at the Benefit Counter is hands down an excellent employee. She’s personable, knowledgeable, does great brows, answers questions honestly and I trust her opinions. She did my brows once and I had said I’d be back and I went back and got the same excellent customer service from her. Give this girl a raise because she can easily work somewhere else making a lot more money and I would follow her. I’m not a friend but a random gay guy who appreciates people who work hard at their job. If you visit this location, ask for Bella! She is amazing! So knowledgeable, friendly, patient and full of excellent suggestions. Came in for two items and left with a full face of products. Fun experience all around. Thank you, Bella!

I was doing a complicated return, and also purchased some things, and I was happily accommodated by Jo-Ann. She was extremely patient, understanding, and overall had a very calm but joyful demeanor unlike most of the employees at this establishment. She’s a keeper!
