Royal Flush responded promptly and professionally to my inquiry, visited quickly to examine the pipe, provided a fair estimate accompanied by a video of the problem, and followed up to answer my questions before I decided to proceed with the work. The on-site team was organized and professional, completing the work in less than four hours and communicating with me as needed. They were also kindly willing to mask when asked, to protect a vulnerable member of my family. The Royal Flush team is absolutely fantastic. Being a younger home owner in the East Side of Providence, I was a bit overwhelmed and over my head when I found out my rental property was experiencing sewage backup. In 2019, our business had a serious blockage problem leading to our septic tank. After multiple plumbing companies were unable to solve the problem, Royal Flush diagnosed it and their pipe lining process was able to stop the blockages. Very knowledgeable, professional, responsive and courteous. I strongly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing problems.
