    Best Buy made sure I'll never set foot there again. Let'em die a big-box-brick-and-mortar death. By Geek Squad policy, they will not repair a Dell laptop not purchased at Best Buy. Would've been nice to know that when I made the appointment online, before half a day off work to drive there and back. Note this is nothing to do with the people there, who were kind and are doing their best with a money-grubbing employer. Adios, 'Best Buy.' Now I need a new computer, and you can be sure where I will NOT buy it.

    Three visits and could not get my data transferred. One visit was the buy and I was going to leave it but this could not be done. Then I booked a date for a download but upon getting back there the guy that could do it was sick (No call to cancel). I then booked another date, showed up and was told they'd need 3 days of having both my old and new computers to transfer the data, which for most of us who need a computer for work cannot do. I ended up doing that migration on my own which was 90 minutes. This is the last time I ever will buy a computer from Best Buy (one and done!). I highly recommend going elsewhere!!

    Horrendous. To get repair service, you have to purchase a membership. How long until the repairperson arrives? They won't tell you until you purchase the membership! How about the average time? They haven't a clue. Buy the membership! How about if I speak with a supervisor? Sorry, that option is not available.
